Birdsoles Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns or exchanges of unworn items within 7 days of shipment.

- If the product you would like to exchange for is out of stock (item, color, or size), you can choose a different product.
- We are only able to accept one product exchange. If the exchanged product still doesn’t work for you, it must be returned.
- Please allow 2 weeks for your return to be fully processed.

2. Request Return/Exchange: Select your order and submit a request.
3. Approval: Our team reviews and approves requests.
4. Track: Monitor your return/exchange status from your account.

Return Options

Exchange: If the item meets our return criteria, we’ll process your exchange immediately.
Refund: If you request a refund, our team will process it within 7 working days. You'll receive store credit, which you can view on your
account's profile page.
