Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change! You can cancel your order anytime before it is processed. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. After that, our exchange policy will apply instead.

How can I cancel my order? 

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, simply reach out to our friendly customer support team at happyfeet@birdsoles.com or contact us on 0339 2473437. Don’t forget to mention your order number for a quicker process!

How will I be refunded for a cancelled order?

For payments made via credit/debit cards or net banking, refunds will be credited back to the original account within two weeks. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.

What happens to my discount code or store credit If I cancel my order? 

Discount codes are for one-time use and will expire once used, even if the order is cancelled. Store credit redeemed for the purchase will be credited back to your account upon cancellation.
